You can browse our collection of bird books and video tapes and purchase items online using our secure shopping cart system. You may also subscribe or renew your subscription to various bird-related magazines through our web site. If you can't find the book or video tape you are looking for, please contact us and we will help you!

Our secure online shopping cart supports the following payment options:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, and money orders. All prices are charged in U.S. dollars.
Sales Tax
6% GST tax is added to all orders shipped to Canada. During the checkout process, you will be asked whether or not your order will be shipped to Canada so that the shopping cart software can accurately calculate and display your final charges. Currently, there is no tax on orders shipped to any other countries.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship our products from Canada via the mail (Book Rate). Please make sure that you understand that books shipped via Canada Post can take an average of two to four weeks to arrive within Canada and the USA. International orders can take from eight to ten weeks to arrive depending on the country you're located in. Further note that when we ship bookrate via the mail we cannot obtain insurance on your orders from our postal service, therefore it must be understood that we ship at your risk. *When shipping to the USA or any other International location your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes collected by your country.
Return Policy
We at Silvio Mattacchione and Co. guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please advise us and return our products in good condition. Upon receipt by us of our products in good condition, we will credit your account in full, less a 15% restocking fee. Contact us at orders@silvio-co.com if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase.

International
If you would like your items shipped to a country other than Canada or the USA and its territories, please e-mail us your address, items selected, and preferred shipping method so we can properly quote shipping rates to your country. Once you have this information, please return to this site to complete your order.
International shipping rates will not show up automatically on your order form. If you use our online ordering option, we will add the shipping charges you select when we fill your order. If you choose offline ordering, please fill in the appropriate shipping amount we give you before mailing or faxing your order.
